Zillow exports don't have to stay trapped in Zillow. Here's the mechanics.
If you're on Zillow's Premier Agent platform, you can export your leads as a CSV file directly from your dashboard. Download that file. Then, in ListingGenius onboarding (or anytime in Settings → Imports), upload the CSV. The importer maps your Zillow columns to ListingGenius fields automatically: name, phone, email, property interest, lead source (tagged as "Zillow"), and any notes Zillow recorded.
Once imported, those leads appear in your ListingGenius CRM. You can immediately push them to the Lead Nurture Agent, which auto-generates personalized email sequences based on their property interest and timeline. No manual copy-pasting.
For Pro tier and above, we offer real-time Zillow sync: ListingGenius pulls new leads from Zillow every 30 minutes. You set a filter (e.g., Orlando, single-family homes, $300K-$500K) and new leads auto-populate in your system. This eliminates the lag where a lead sits in Zillow for hours before you manually export.
The Zillow API integration uses OAuth, so you sign in once and forget it. If Zillow revokes access or you want to stop syncing, you can disable it in one click. Your historical import stays; future leads just stop flowing.
One caveat: Zillow's CSV export has some limitations. Fields like "buyer budget" or "timeline" are freeform text in Zillow but structured dropdowns in ListingGenius. If Zillow says "probably interested" and you want to categorize as "hot lead", you can fix these mappings one-time during import or bulk-edit after the fact.
