What about MLS integration and IDX? Does ListingGenius support my MLS?

Short answer

We support 30+ MLSes for CRM data and comps pulling. IDX websites (your own listings page) launch in Q2 2026. Check if your MLS is supported below.

ListingGenius pulls real-time listing data, comparable sales, and transaction history from your MLS. This powers three core features: (1) automatic comp pulling for listing pricing, (2) lead history syncing (when a buyer searches your listings, it lands in your CRM), and (3) deal tracking (your sold and pending listings auto-sync so you don't manually update status).

We're not a replacement for your MLS. The MLS is the source of truth. ListingGenius is a client for that data—we pull, we store locally in your CRM, we let you layer AI and automation on top.

Here are the 30+ MLSes we currently integrate with (real-time, no lag):

**Florida:** MIAMI (MFRMLS), Tampa Bay (TBAR), Jacksonville (NEFAR), Orlando (ORMLS), Fort Lauderdale (SFWMLS), Southwest Florida (SWFLMLS)

**Texas:** DFW (NTREIS), Houston (TMLS), Austin (AUSTIN MLS), San Antonio (SABOR)

**North Carolina:** Charlotte (METROCDX), Raleigh (NCRMLS), Triad (NCAR)

**Georgia & Tennessee:** Atlanta (GAMLS), Nashville (TMLS)

**Colorado & Western:** Denver (RMLS), Phoenix (ARS), Seattle (NWMLS), Portland (RMLS)

**Northeast:** Chicago (MRED), Boston (MLS Property)

**Other:** Las Vegas (LVMLS), Boise (Northwest MLS), New York (NYSRI)

**If your MLS isn't listed:** contact us. We can add it, usually within 1-2 weeks. MLS integrations are API work—we need broker credentials, vendor approval, sometimes a small setup fee from the MLS itself (we absorb this for Pro+ customers).

On IDX websites: this is coming Q2 2026. An IDX website is your branded listing showcase (like Zillow, but yours). Buyers search your active listings, saved searches alert them to new inventory, and leads route to your CRM. ListingGenius will host and manage that for you. Included in Pro tier and above.

For now (April 2026), use your brokerage's IDX or a third-party IDX provider (many brokerages bundle this). ListingGenius's CRM syncs with those—you manually upload listings or connect your brokerage's IDX feed. By Q2 2026, you won't need a separate IDX provider. ListingGenius will be your one listing platform.

One caveat: IDX comes with rules. The MLS controls what data you can show, whether you can charge for services, how you display competitor listings. We'll handle all that compliance. You just set up your branding and go live.

What if my MLS isn't supported yet?

Email support@listinggenius.net with your state + MLS name. We prioritize based on demand. Most new MLSes add within 2-4 weeks.

Do I need to keep my brokerage IDX if I use ListingGenius IDX?

No. Once ListingGenius IDX launches (Q2 2026), you can retire your old IDX. Your brokerage broker will need to approve this in advance.

Can I use ListingGenius CRM without MLS integration?

Yes. You can manually manage deals and contacts. But MLS integration saves hours—comps auto-pull, deal status auto-syncs. Highly recommended.

Is there a cost for MLS integration?

No additional cost. Included in all ListingGenius tiers. Some MLSes charge ListingGenius a vendor fee; we absorb it.
