Your data is yours. We don't hostage it.
If you cancel, you get one-click CSV export of everything: contacts, deals, notes, email history, activity log. You can import that CSV into Excel, another CRM, Google Sheets, or keep it as a local backup. The export includes all the data you created or imported into ListingGenius, including any AI-generated listing descriptions or social posts you saved.
ListingGenius doesn't own your leads. You do.
After you cancel, we keep your account data on our servers for 30 days. This is a safety window: if you change your mind or realize you need something, you can reactivate and pick up where you left off. No penalty, no re-import hassle.
After 30 days, we delete your account and all associated data from our production database. Backups may persist in our offsite archives for up to 90 days (per our data retention policy), but those are encrypted and inaccessible to our team. When the 90-day archive cycle rolls, those backups are destroyed.
We don't sell or share your data. No exceptions. We never have, we never will.
If you're on a monthly plan, you can cancel effective immediately—no refunds for the remainder of the month, but you keep access until the end of your billing cycle. If you're on annual (discounted), cancellation is effective immediately and you forfeit the unused portion of your annual payment. We're not flexible on that because annual pricing is a 2-3 month discount; it's a trade.
All of this is in the terms. Read them if you want the legal language. But the short version: build your list, get the data out, leave on good terms. We want you to choose ListingGenius because it works, not because you're locked in.
